I needed a new canopy - having ordered three repair kits a week previously. The repair kit worked fine. I just wasn’t told that after two years, the canopy was likely to be rotting. Admittedly, I put my gazebo up on my patio in May and there it stays until September/October. But I wasn’t expecting the canopy to only last two years. Still, I’ve ordered a nice new one, and installed it. But I’m now enquiring about a pergola with a roof as it will be more cost effective long term.

Perfect for our needs, Our pop up gazebo is easy to put up and take down, strong enough to deal with the wind (as long as it's secured) we work in the community and watched people struggling with cheaper versions trying to maneuver in the stiff breeze, Would definitely recommend

I LOVE my marquee and it is still up in my daughers garden and providing a fantastic area for her daughter to entertain her friends out of the house! After the corner foot of my gala tent breaking I went online to find another . Checked out the gala tent .co.uk for replacements really impressed how cheap the spare parts are and so glad I know I can get them easily . Ordered the new corner foot and was here in days with a quick dispatch and good courier delivery service with tracking it arrived so hoping to get my gala tent back up for weekend . Thank you

We are very pleased with the quality of the tent. It arrived on time and when requested and is sturdy and functional.

This is our second gazebo from Gala Tents. We want to support locally made products and those from a former coalfield area. The product was easy to put up and survived a very windy few days for its first use. Very happy with it.

The velcro that attaches to the frame is at different heights. This causes the top of the half side wall to flop over.Other than that the delivery time was great

Its heavy, but we wanted strong. Great colour, we went for bright red, very easy to erect.

Excellent service. I’ve been happy with my Gala Marquee for many years but it took a battering in recent weather and it’s so convenient to be able to get replacement parts for everything. Excellent the wheeled bag will make moving the tent so much easier whether on site or in the warehouse. And the service provide was superb with next day delivery.

Gala Tent were both helpful and quick to help when we needed a bilingual (Welsh and English) banner to go on our gazebo at the National Eisteddfod. It was a bit fiddly to fit and keep up (safety pins) but having the four sections gave the opportunity to swap the text sections around. Up for 10 days in pretty windy weather and was still secure at the end of the event.

great product from gala tent as usual purchased 3 gazebos couple of years ago one got damaged in a freak hail storm from brilliant sunshine while we was ending our days work in the school customer service was very good product sent out straight away arrived next day
