Excellent service from start to finish. First rate communication at every stage. To cap it all, the gazebo is exception quality. Well packaged. Will be ordering our second gazebo soon to replace the other one which have which is significantly lower quality than the ones from Gala. First rate. Thankyou!!!

First used on the 11th June, easy to erect, very sturdy, only negative was that a couple of the velcro patches came unstitched otherwise excellent.

replacement canopy cover came just two days after ordering and phone call I made was handled professionally. Like everyone though, lots of items out of stock, sign of the times, so order early.

After being my Gala Tents 4x3 Elite Marquee bing up in the garden for 1 month short of six years, come rain or shine, I decided to spruce it up with a new set of covers for this summer. It looks as good as new again, and we are looking forward to hopefully many more years of socializing and family gatherings in our beautiful outdoor room! Fantastic investment for the garden.

The 3x 4m GalaTent arrived very promptly (after my late order), was very easy to put up . I did this alone, with just assistance to lift onto the legs twice. It is an ingenious strong design, very adaptable as each side can be added or removed as and if required, making it a gazebo, or part shelter or open tent of full tent ... and was the savior of my event when in the British summer, on a sunny day with no rain forecast ... we had a heavy shower ... but the Galatent saved the day.

I ordered replacement parts after my Gala Tent got damaged in a storm, its nice to know that even my gala tent purchased in 2010 has spares available for it, the whole thing was fixed for £125 a massive saving on having to buy a whole new tent. Kudos to Gala tent for making sure all their tents have readily available spares at very reasonable prices.
