Excellent service as always

Excellent gazebo, holds in a storm. Other gazebos flew off. Not the Gala Gazebo pegged down. Can also use ratchet straps over the top of them to hold them down in big storms. I would recommend this company,

We were having an issue finding our product we wanted on the website and contacted the team direct.Darren P (Sales Manager) was very helpful, offered us advice and alternatives as our original item had been discontinued. The shipping was quick, came the next day.Product was much better than the previous one, it is sturdy, easy to put up and store away. Made of good quality material.

We ordered a branded gazebo which was required quickly. The team were great at advising me on the best options which fitted our budget. We used the gazebo over the weekend and it was sturdy, well made and looked really smart. It was easy to put up and take down. We'll definitely be buying from Gala Tents again!

Organised a collection which proved totally seamless , staff were brilliant and couldn’t fault anything.Purchased ground bars for our 8x3 tent to give that little bit more stability. The ground bars went above and beyond and the tent feels so much sturdier.

Absolutely thrilled with our new gazebo cover, the colours and artwork are fantastic and all done in a very quick time.

We hold events on an area known for very gusty weather. The gazebos we have bought have all stood up to the weather. That is why we bought three!

Through no fault of Gala Tent's I recently had to replace the cover for my 3x3M Gazebo (I live in a particularly windy spot and often have to drop the gazebo down to offer it a little shelter). The previous cover finally gave way to 70 mph winds after surviving several previous storms whereby I had either been away or been tardy in dropping the gazebo's height. The new cover arrived and had the same great fit and tough stitching look and feel of the original. Since I fitted this one I have already missed one hideous storm due to being abroad and not checking weather prior to leaving. It's still up and keeping any outside guests dry and out of the sun. A great company to deal with that supplies quality products. A nice thing to find in this cheap consumer world that we live in. Keep up the good work folks!
