We haven't used the gazebos yet, so I can only comment on the initial customer service and support.I approached a couple of companies to find the exact product we wanted. Although others were slightly cheaper, I was impressed with Gala Tent's service, speed and helpfulness, so I decided to go with them. Their special strength frame, which wasn't that much more expensive, was also a key factor. Everything was really easy to understand and set up, and the production time and delivery were better than expected. So far, so good, and on initial inspection, the gazebos look excellent, too. Perhaps I will be able to report back after we have used them a few times?

Great service and delivery. Wanted replacement corner feet and inline feet for our football club 12x6m marquee. Parts were cheaper if purchased as a base for a smaller size so fantastic service from Darren.

Great service I ordered 2 new roofs for my Pro 50 gazebos as I have had them about 6 years and they were getting a bit worn due to us not removing them when packing them away. They have had a lot of use. I ordered the new ones they arrived next day Great service

Ordered a set of sides for our 3x3 pro 40 gazebo. Arrived next day. Brilliant service.

For anything gazebo or marquee I always use Gala Tent they are the best

Great quality gazebos and so refreshing for a company to have spare parts available when things do go wrong. We've used the gazebos on scout camps over several years - then failed to peg it down and it got caught in a freak gust of wind leaving a link in one leg. Gala were very helpful identifying what part we needed and supplying at a very reasonable price. Very simple and easy to fit to make sure we were back up and running in time for the next camp.

Excellent service new canopy was easy to fit and looks great No need to by a new gazebo when they have new parts on the shelf at a very reasonable price

Replaced roof and sides was surprised at the super quality and thickness of the product cheaper versions out there but for superior quantity would go to Gala when needs replacing in future

Very easy to order. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Answered all questions I had. Delivery much faster than I expected. Used the marquee last weekend and the quality is exceptional. Very easy to assemble. Instructions very clear. Especially the online videos. Would highly recommend Gala tent. We hope to buy more in the future. Thank you..
