Brilliant service. I purchased a side wall which was delivered promptly. The product is very well made and was very easy to put up.

Really good product as described. Unfortunately we had the marquee up for only a couple of weeks before storm Florin struck our wee west coast community on the 4th August causing some of the joints to buckle.The aftercare team could not have been more understanding and helpful when we needed help. I have 3 frames from different manufacturers and 1 from Gala Tent but I use Gala canopies and sidewalls on all of these frames. I particularly like the infill panels and connectors as I use them to build a marquee from 4 frames. If I was starting again I would just buy all Gala Tent frames as they are so robust and smooth to operate.

Amazing quality and service!! Ordered a 8m x 4m gazebo and it arrived next day. My wife and managed to erect it within an hour of it being delivered and get it over our pool to stop the leaves. It’s such a robust gazebo, really high quality. We went for the 50mm version. Highly recommended.

I recently contacted Gala Tents for some spares to fix a Gazebo that we brought from them a few years prior that had been damaged in high winds. The chap on the other end of the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and quickly found the original order and proceeded to organising the parts we required. The parts arrived quickly and the whole thing went very smoothly. Will be sure to use them again in the future.
