Excellent service ordered on a Wednesday afternoon for delivery Thursday morning replacement cover arrived at 10.15am with APC courier Cover was fitted and colour match to our older sides with no difference will be ordering another 3x6m gazebo in the near future

The gentleman with whom I spoke was the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered when asking help with an online purchase. He helped by phoning me back several times with useful information, and to check that I was secure with this purchase. I remember telling him he had gone above and beyond my expectations for customer service! I’m sorry, but I forget his name. I rarely write reviews but am happy to do so on this occasion. I purchased a 4.5 metre pop up gazebo without sides, for my 66 year old convertible Morris Minor. It allows me to keep it protected with the roof down, without having to concern myself with the insides getting wet even with a significant wind. The top of the gazebo can be easily lowered, if required, to just keep clear of the top of the windscreen. Although not the cheapest the cost is justified due to the strength of construction and quality of materials used. The storage bag is high quality also, so easing the packing away process. This purchase has exceeded my expectations, one of my better investments. I most highly recommend.Harry Langham

I'm really happy with my gazebo which I purchased for my small business to enable me to exhibit at local shows. Everyone I spoke to at Gala was very helpful, answered all my questions and rang me back promptly. The first time we put it up in the garden , the frame was a bit stiff to open, but after using it 3 times now, it's so much easier, I guess it was just stiff. The bright orange top is brilliant and showed up over other tents and caravans so people knew where we were! The quality is excellent, I love it!

Gala Tents are a pleasure to work with, as a company we do a lot of outdoor tradeshows throughout the summer and the 3m x 4.5m pro 40 handled everything the weather could throw at it. once anchored down it really stayed strong in the hi winds which allowed our customers to brows safely and give us peace of mind we weren't going to blow away. we also went for the ground bar option which really helps to get the legs straight and give extra support as you can thread the bars though the walls making it very sturdy. we will be buying another to extend for next years shows

This wheeled Gazebo cover is EXCELLENT, a lot of thought and skilled workmanship has made it perfect, it's double wheels mean no more having to take sack trucks to move our gazebo from transport to set up point, as it's very stable moving it over the ground, the pocket on the front allows us to move the side covers at the same time as the frame and canopy.We have 4 of these bags and will be covering the rest of our gazebos over to these bags as well.Thank you

Excellent service, excellent quality , great communication

These are top notch products and very high quality. I have used multiple ‘strong’ gazebos before , all have ultimately failed, twisted and buckled but this has remained as good as day 1.Yes, they are more expensive than others but the hexagonal frame really is significantly stronger and if you use a gazebo a lot this is a great investment

We have had 2 x marquees for many years and just needed to order spares after a mouse got jnto the storage box and nibbled through and end section. The replacement was in stock and available for immediate collection in time for our event.Good quality and good customer service, as always.
