Had a problem when our gazebo was left out in the wind and it rolled away - one of the legs was broken -I called them for a replacement leg - it was sorted very quickly was not expensive and the guy was very pleasant and efficient on the phone. Great company to deal with and quick service . Recently borrowed my 4.5m x 3m gazebo to someone who managed to bend 8 of the struts. Not many other companies supply individual parts to repair it, but Gala does, and now back up and running. Roof and covers of superior quality to other company’s. Would highly recommend them
