Gala is a great company with durable product.s.I bought my gazebo from them 15 years ago, the frame still looks brand new and is extremely sturdy.I recently bought a new canopy for it, not because there was any wear and tear on the original one it was just because over the years the sun had faded the lovely red colour.Now it looks brand new again, and it was so easy to fit.Thankyou Gala !!!!

Running an events business can stressful at the best of times but when you manage to over book and don't have enough equipment to put out can be a nightmare. Ordered a 3x3 canopy to replace an existing (non gala) one. Although the cost was considerably more than the original and those £28 ones you can find on Amazon (with negative reviews) , the difference in quality was obvious. This is a very well made, high quality product. The material is very substantial and thick. We have sat outside in torrential rain and it has been 100% waterproof, no sagging or dripping inside - the water just rolled off. It also fits very snugly so a second pair of hands would be helpful when putting this on and to get it firmly in place. Delivery was quick. Customer service was good and they were happy to update me when I called, very cheerful! All in all a good experience for us.
