I have had two Gala Marquees for around 15 years. They have been used in all weathers. Most recently I have had one in the garden for over a year during lockdown to enable me to meet up with friends and family 'outside'. It withstood gales, and storms, sun, rain and snow. I have needed to replace the (15 year old) walls, but that fact that one can get replacement parts is areal bonus. Staff at Gala are always really helpful. Thoroughly recommend the product and the company/

Easy company to communicate with...if you're like me and want to speak to someone and get them to help with the order these guys are great! Product works so well with our youth camps as we each year replace bits that are damaged...end result is because we can buy spares the tents stay looking perfect and work!! Boy... do they have to work well ...when there's 30 teenagers on a camp :) Great service and product...completely recommend and have used this company for years

Order arrived promptly with no issues. I have been a customer for 11 years. This order was to replace a 10 year old weathered canopy. One of the advantages using Gala is the quality of the product and the ability to replace parts.

I bought a replacement cover for a marquee I have had for about 9 years. Very easy to deal with. Very helpful on the telephone when I placed my order. Replacement cover was less expensive than I thought it would be. Fast (next day) delivery. Overall an excellent experience.

Have had Gala Tents for 14 years. It has been used in all weathers and and all seasons and has proved most effective. Replacement parts are rarely needed but always available.
