Good quality product. Hard to assemble especially as paint on bolts made it very hard to tighten nuts

Marquee arrived, 14 Jan 2019. I have only checked the boxes, but fro what I have seen, everything is just as I wanted. Having seen this product at other charity events, they to me seam to be a lot better that the charity supplied popup gazebo, that I have use before. I think with the steel frame and full PVC this purchase will last of a good few years. I cannot comment on setting the tent up as my first event will not be until around April 2019, which gives me time for a practice build.The purchase process could not have been better, I selected this items I thought would suit me and after a telephone call with Gala Tent, the items where purchased, as the staff could not have been any more helpful.The only issue that I came across, was on delivery. The TNT driver was complaining about the weight as was saying it should have been split into two or more boxes. This is nothing against Gale Tent, as I thought everything was fine.I will be ordering other products to finish of my Marquee before I start my charity venues in April, and would recommend Gala Tent to anyone who want a good quality Marquee, which I my view will with stand the lovely weather in Blackpool on the sea front.

Excellent Customer Service and quality!

We have probably used one of your Marquees for the most unusual projects ever. We undertook to build a new commercial boiler house for the local council . We laid a 6mtr x 4mtr concrete base with the view to install a bespoke metal clad building . Base was laid , ready for building , this was on a 6-8 week delivery . To meet the programme of works we installed one of your marquees and our now assembling the plant & pipe- work inside it . Once the building is ready , we will cover plant with tarpaulins then Remove marquee and erect new build around it . We contacted your company on the Friday and by the Wednesday of the following week it was erected and doing the job . We thank you for a fantastic product and service . Purchased a 6m x 8m to provide additional space for a party which was being held in a barn. The band we had hired occupied half of it, and the other half was the dance floor. It took us a little while to assemble and is quite heavy to lift (with the Elite roof). I think you need at least 4 people to put it up and take it down. We have a couple more parties planned for next year when we'll be using it again. The service from Gala tent was very good and we are pleased with the marquee.

Five stars as advice prior to purchase, the purchase process, and quick delivery were very efficient , with a good customer interface. I followed up one one item which was dealt with by return. The marquee/tent totally meets my expectations and the web site fully informs on the best way of putting it up. I would recommend Galas products and service.

The gazebo is very high quality, a sturdy build and is really easy to assemble. We went for yellow, which is a great colour; we really stand out at events and fairs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to any trader selling at markets and festivals, or to someone looking for something for parties in the garden. It's an excellent product.
