Wow, I am really impressed. I already bought and lost a gazebo this year so I was really looking for something with proper build quality and longevity and spent some time researching online. I ended up going with a 40mm aluminium construction and I have just constructed it in the garden. Really really good quality. Very easy assembly. With ground bars and ratchet straps I am confident I can leave this up all year round unless we have a proper storm and even then, I strongly suspect it will weather it! I hadn't intended to get either the bars nor the straps, but the customer service gentleman I spoke to was really helpful in recommending what I would need to accomplish my plans.Delivery was literally the next day, after they verified the delivery address.Superb service, across the board. Very well done, I am really pleased to see some UK companies do still take pride in their work :)

Previously used Gala Tent at the start of the pandemic, fab service.Due to storm damage recently, we needed a replacement marquee. Both Darren and Christopher enabled us to get a new marquee with sign writing in next to know time. Great product and brilliant service.Highly recommended.

We were looking for a weather proof marquee for 12 to 16 adults for our at home celebrations over the next few years.They have a showroom in Doncaster with a 6x4 and the 4x4 metre which we purchased.We are really pleased with heavy duty materials, the simplicity of assembly and ease of erection.We liked the fact that the sides could be left off and both ends can be opened.Great service from Darren the salesman.Thanks Gala tents

Because of storm damage we needed replacement parts which were to take time to be supplied by manufacturer, however we were shipped parts from a complete frame which was a stock item, to enable us to have outside protection for customers when reopening. ***** Customer service, thank you.

Delivered promptly within 24 hours of order. All received as expected. The 6 x 6 m unit was erected in two hours by a team of four. The 12 x 6 m unit required 10 people to erect it safely, most of the team aged between 60 and 67 years of age, for the 12m unit even young fit people would probably need 8 to get it up. THere were quite a few bars surplus to requirements in the packs however they will be handy for spares in future. The product is excellent quality now assembled and all at our club delighted with the purchase.
