F A B U L O U S! Our Pro 50 Gazebo arrived prompt and well packaged. Initially I’d looked at the Pro 30, and decided to go for a stronger more resilient gazebo for our Village Hall events. The cover is a fabulous fit and looks gorgeous in purple. The walls are very easy to fit in place with the Velcro strip. I’d recommend starting at the centre and work out to the corners, to ensure a good fit first time. Zipped and strapped in place, it does look amazing. We went for the globe lights and heater too. Although 6 lights are good, 7 would have taken us to the front corner. Love the bag too, and separate bag for the walls. All excellent quality and strong. Once in the bag, it is very easy to manoeuvre. Our hall is sure to use the gazebo on many occasions, looking forward to the first event for the King’s Coronation!

We have been very pleased with our new gazebos, they are easy to put up and put away and they are very eye-catching with our name and logo. Carry bag is essential and makes transportation easy. The sales team were very helpful and supplied clear quotes and answered all my questions clearly. All in all a good purchase that should last us for a few years.

I did not need persuasion to buy from Gala Tent, rather I am a returning customer due to primarily two aspects. The quality of the goods provided is excellent and I like the continuity of service provided by your team (I mention Darren - he is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable) as it is he who I have dealt with in the past and it makes matters so much easier is there is some consistency. I know of one other organisation in the town who also uses the company and neither of us has ever had any reason not to be satisfied. The best out there, quality is the best i could find very sturdy in winds good allround pop up.

Excellent in all respects except that I was told that only Purple was available for Pro 50 canopy and ordered on that basis. A couple of days later, having seen the colour purple on your website, I ordered an additional canopy in colour Taupe and was prepared to wait as long as necessary.The taupe canopy arrived almost immediately so I feel misled by your salesman.Nevertheless I am delighted with the ptoduct and virtually live in it.Kind regards, Andrew White.

Everything was delivered promptly, and the quality was of a high standard. Had quite a windy few days after putting it up and it withstood them. We'll worth the money for quality. My next door neighbour was so impressed he went and bought one within a week, I would recommend a gala product to anyone.

Wow, what a fabulous gazebo! The quality is top notch. I can't put it up by myself (but I am 5.1 and not very strong) but it is really quick and easy to put up and take down. Would definitely recommend.

We were looking for something to cover our motorcycles on our race days. We came across Gala Tents on the internet while doing some research, had a good look on the website at the products and the video (the out takes were funny) we took the plunge and bought a Pro 50. The purchasing process was really easy and arrive a few day later. We were very impressed with the quality of this product and how easy it was to erect and the attachment of the side was simple. There is no reason for not being a 5 star, rather it is a personal thing that no-one is that 100% perfect. Anyway I have been communicating with the company over a long period of months, in fact before the covid lockdown, but then hit a snag as my order was linked to applications for funding and therefore everything was delayed. However, eventualy the funding came through and I was able to continue with the order for 12 gazebos with associated tables and other equipment. There were possibly a few hiccups with communication and I did feel I seemed to be the one doing the running around. However, the goods have now been delivered and am most happy with the quality and appearance of the goods purchased. In fact the packaging is immense and certainly protective of the contents. All in all therefore not a bad effort, just as I say need to tidy up a bit on maintaining communication

Absolutely delighted with our 'Purple Pearl' gazebo. We treated ourselves for our Pearl Wedding Anniversary as we won't be abroad or even in a local restaurant to celebrate . Warm as toast and safe as houses inside . Easy to put up with my wife's help. Definitely made the right choice for the autumn and winter nights under the stars!
