When I called to order mark was very clear and helpful,Passed me to Mike to designing and got a better look then I wantedJust arrived todayMust say the frame looks like quality and well put together, I’m so impressed with the way the printing came outAbove that got a 5 year warranty on the frame and partsI’m satisfied with what I got I would recommend giving them a call for sureThanks guys
