Quality product great service and after care.Plus the 2 gazebos I own have just stood up to the two storms of 50 mph winds on the 22/08/24 on the Isle of Wight has did 5 other gala gazebos.

Had a problem when our gazebo was left out in the wind and it rolled away - one of the legs was broken -I called them for a replacement leg - it was sorted very quickly was not expensive and the guy was very pleasant and efficient on the phone. Excellent service would use again without hesitation. What an excellent company.

Great company to deal with and quick service . Recently borrowed my 4.5m x 3m gazebo to someone who managed to bend 8 of the struts. Not many other companies supply individual parts to repair it, but Gala does, and now back up and running. Roof and covers of superior quality to other company’s. Would highly recommend them

requested a catalogue from them on their website on Sunday, on Monday morning received a phone call from them , I explained to them my problem and they advised me what I needed. Placed my order and it was delivered the next day. They were very helpful and the service was excellent.
