The Gala Tent advice, service and delivery was excellent, and the replacement marquee canopy appears to be of very good quality. We have not thoroughly tested the cover as we purchased it at the end of 2024 ready for the 2025 season, but we erected to check the fit and it and it looked to be a better product than our previous (not Gala) marquee.

I was delighted with the extra bungee clips you sent and their speedy dispatch.We have had aour gala marquee for 12 years and it has seen may exciting events. Ive sent you photos in the past. of parys, events, catering kitchen when we took it to the church youth camp! surprosed eveyone hasnt got one!fromSue watson

Needed some spare parts for the frame of our Gala tent. Spoke to someone who knew their job inside out and could tell me exactly what I wanted, Parts arrived next day, as promised, and not unreasonably priced. The sort of service you always hope to get but very seldom do!
