Still awaiting delivery of product

Whilst the canopy is no doubt a good quality, and i have bought several, i can't write an overly positive review for a company that wanted £2.99 for a single nut and bolt.

The equipment we received was, as usual, really good.The customer service on this occasion was terrible

The gazebo I ordered is fine but the delivery process was poor. The item had not been delivered when tracking information said it had been, the packaging box was ripped and the protective cover for the gazebo was torn. I emailed Gala Tent to advise them of this but only got a reply when I chased them and this was belated and did not specifically address the points I made. Communication / customer service does not appear to be their strong point!

The gazebo pro 50 I bought is of very strong construction and we'll made.However the canopy colour faded quite dramatically in the sun. After lengthy discussions with customer services and after my initial warranty claim was declined I am pleased to say my warranty claim was agreed and a new canopy was delivered free of charge to me.

Gazebo is good so far (only set it up once) however it was delivered a week after dispatch (not next day as stated). Communication and care was poor.

little disappointed as not as strong as 1st marquee we had of yours and no Velcro on the side panels think the wing nuts instead of bolts not a good idea

Not soo great service this time , was promised sides and weights for my pop up gazebo before Christmas and still not arrived .

Sales pitch is great and encouraging.Still awaiting a written response about hole in canopy and the use of the halogen heater; the heater instructions clearly state it isn't to be placed within 6' of flammable material, but your photos show it attached to the frame.Frame arrived in a box which has printed on it 'bag included'; no bag is included it is an extra.zip is now coming away on one side...

The marquee we purchased arrived swiftly and is a good quality.The ground mat was not the size we ordered so we had to cut it to size and the ground bars have still not arrived, two months after the marquee has.I have been given two estimated delivery dates for the ground bars but they are still outstanding. I have given 3 stars as I know Covid and the run on people wanting marquees has probably affected delivery times but bearing in mind the length of the delay it would be nice if you could keep me up to date rather than me have to chase.

These corner joints keep breaking in the wind, hence the need to keep ordering more. Ordered a couple of spares this time!

Bought the gazebo primarily for my wife's cafe to allow customers to sit outside during Tier 2 of lockdown. The size we purchased (4m x 2m) was perfect for the space we had. This meant we had to purchase the top gazebo in the range, and understandably that also meant very expensive compared to the wide range of prices available elsewhere for a standard 3m x 3m. It also meant that it would be of the highest quality and we were happy with that as it fits the tenor of the cafe and what we try to offer our customers. We also purchased some weights for the base to hold it down.The gazebo arrived next day as promised. On first unfolding and erection we both struggled with the sheer weight of it, bit further inspection revealed that one of the uprights that form the roof structure had popped off the retaining pole and spring so it was working against us. Once that was fixed we managed ok. Each morning we have similar issues with any of the spring poles - and it looks like the plastic around the poles has broken.Also the gazebo roof does not pull tight so the whole thing looks saggy and cheap.We did complain about this and spoke to Jade who asked us to send photos, which we did about 10 days ago - but have heard nothing back which is really disappointing.The gazebo does it's job (hence the 3 stars) but there's no way a £700 product should have broken parts so soon, and the follow up (or lack of it) was the worst part.

No complaints about the product but the attitude of a very out spoken lady dealing with my after sales concerns left a lot to be desired

just brought tent and needed the sides, to many pops for brochure and to many interruptions when trying to look or order
