Just a quick note to say how delighted we were to receive our replacement end panels for our Gala Tent. Having not had a response to any of our correspondance, we thought (wrongly) that the matter was being ignored, but this was not the case! Replacements were received promptly yesterday and appear to be in perfect condition (although we have not yet had the opportunity to use them and check them thoroughly).
Thank you both once again for you suberb customer relations we have thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Your sales department representative Lisa Mace was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. The Gala Tent arrived the morning after the afternoon that I paid for it! Once I had removed the leg poles from the roof bar positions and read the instructions it all went together like a dream.
