Exactly what we needed on the bowling green to give us extra space for teams to have refreshments or for cover when wet. Had it up all last summer and its up again this year and still like new, great product!

Am happy now have my gala tent now I have it.Problem was with the delivery company, I was told it would arrive on a Thursday any time between 8-6pm no worries. At 4pm it hadn't arrived phoned the delivery company was told it will definitely be there today.5.30 phoned them again oh the driver ran out of time! What is that an excuse sorry no so he's gone home at 5.04 great so when was you going to let me know? Answer we wait for you to call we do not e.mail or phone you.Re booked delivery for the monday as I had to go out Friday at 12.00 so I could not be in all day.Friday 11.40 it was delivered luckley I was in the hall putting my shoes on and the door bell rang so I was at home 3 minutes later I'd have gone.Maybe better communication skills from the delivery company. I purposely did not name them in the hope that someone from gala tent will look at this and consider a different delivery company as I think it was a really bad service.

A great quality item built to last! Forget the less sturdy metal and plastic corners items that you'll see for less. They WILL fail you. NOT this one!

Good quality perfect for our needs

This was simple the best small marquee I've experienced. The full package was discussed with The sales team before completing our order so that we got everything we needed and nothing that we didn't. When the marquee arrived the order was well packed and delivered when requested. It was very simple to put up and with a couple of helping hands we had it fully erected in just 30 minutes. Simply put the customer service, delivery and product quality was second to none.

Really pleased with this robust and well made tent. We did have problems with the carrier on delivery, for some reason the consignment was split. However Gala tents were extremely helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Would certainly recommend.

From my first contact with Gala Tents i couldn't of asked for a more smoother order, their staff were very helpful from start to finish. As for the Marquee that i ordered, it was delivered the very next day from ordering at 16.00pm the previous day. The quality of the product is 100% what it says it is, top job Gala Tents you have one very happy customer.

It is of sturdy material that is not in dispute but more than a little annoyed that the original advertisement which was starred by myself last November pictured a bottom rail support set. However, the advertisement failed to make clear this was not included but an add-on. I then was given what I thought was a discount price but see it is online with a higher price which states the bottom rail set IS included. A misleading advert then. Don''t go thinking this set is quick to erect unless you have a small army of helpers to hand. Lots of screw wing nuts, ties and pegs to insert. You might not think worth it if it is just for a one day event. Thankfully, I had someone who has sold several of these on and used to work at the factory so knew best technique. Beauty is - well established firm and always spare parts available.
