Absolutely amazing! Me and my partner came as part of an early birthday celebration and we couldn't fault it. The staff were lovely and the steak was to die for! I've recommended to my friends and family. Definitely going back

Right guys .......U wanted to know how the food was .....Short verdictFIVE STARS !!!!BEST QUALITY OF MEAT I EVER HAD!!!COOKED TO THE POINT AS WANTED MEDIUM RARE !!!!!! FRESH SALAD WITH SALT PEPPER OIL AND VINEGAR and not dry as usual......5 different meats HOME MADE CHIPSCREAMY GARLICK MUSHROOM SAUCE . HOME MADE BATTERED ONION RINGS WITH A BATTERED YOU NEVER HAD BEFORE!!!!!ONE WORD GORGEOUS

Popped in for a coffee and tea this morning with my sister. Staff was very nice and showed us the new menus which sounds good. It was very clean, no complaints here. We will be back to try the food

My wife & I have been to the refurbished double barrel twice since it reopened. Once for evening meal and Once for Sunday lunch. We cannot fault the service or the food, both were excellent. There was no waiting for your orders to be taken, or drinks to be served. Highly recommended.
